Performance Evaluation of Chestnut Nano Particles on Tensile, Impact, Vickers Hardness of Polyester/Glass Fiber Composite

In this study, an industrial source) E-Glass fiber) and a natural source (chestnut filler) were combined to improve the properties of polyesters. Hand-layup technique was applied in work. Polyester (UPE) reinforced with E-glass fibers, then nano chestnut particles. All composites prepared (10% wt.) for all sheet ratio Nano composite preparing hybrid composites, particles used reinforce E-glass/UPE weight (3%, 6% 9% wt.). The evaluated mechanical performances E-glass/NCSP polyester tensile strength, impact strength hardness. higher ultimate Young’s modulus appeared 3%wt filler only. While wt. showed failure these properties. Hardness property high three percentage addition powder chestnut.
